Payment is required on receipt of invoice.

Our preferred method of payment is BACS. We will accept cheques, however we will apply a £1.00 charge to cover banking charges. All cheques should be made payable to 'Tesorini Ltd'.

Bookings cancelled within seven days of appointment will be charged at 25% of the booking cost.

Up to two children will be taught for free in a group with a minimum of two and a maximum of four full paying adults.

Group Bookings are subject to student quantity and location availability. Prices quoted may vary subject to the cost of hire of the lesson venue.

Mileage costs will be calculated by the fastest route from Whitchurch, Hampshire to your required course location.

All translation work, both into or from English and irrespective of content, will be charged at a standard rate of £20 per hour spent working on the particular project. A minimum charge of £10 will be applied to work taking 30 minutes or less.

Tesorini Ltd are not an 'ABTA' registered travel agency and therefore will not assume the responsibility for the booking of any aspect of travel arrangements. We are purely a 'consultancy' service and will not actively administer any financial transactions between our clients and their suppliers (e.g. airlines / hotels). We will provide recommendations based on the most accurate facts at that time to our knowledge.

Payment for your 'Recommend a Friend' will be made after your friend has finished their course of lessons, or every six months if sooner, and has paid their invoice.

If your 'Recommend a Friend' orders our 'Trip Planning' service, your cash back will be a percentage of the service charge we invoice based on our hourly fee structure.

By booking a lesson, translation or holiday planning service, you agree to the above 'Terms & Conditions'.
