you decide to dispense with our services
before a project has been completed, all
unfinished work will remain the property of
Tesorini Ltd. We will charge you for the
ownership of the designs and web-hosting if

| All prices quoted are
subject to the current rate of VAT. |

| Any price increase will
be notified on our website one full month in advance of the effect date.
However we will endeavour to keep these to a minimum to continue to offer
you the best value for money. |

| The website prices quoted
are for a ".co.uk" address. If you desire another domain ending,
please contact us for a 'no obligation'
quote. |

| The website editing
charge will be a minimum of £4 (i.e. 20 minutes work). |

| The maximum
size of any single web-page will be equivalent to two A4 pages
in succession. A single web-page may contain your own text and photograph(s). We can assist with these at your request, this
service will be chargeable at our standard hourly rate of £12,
with a minimum charge of £4 (as per our web-site design rates). |

| All web-pages will be
produced as standard to include the company logo of the web design company
(Creatività) at the foot. Any clients not wishing to have these details on
their web-pages will respectfully be charged an 'opt-out' fee of £50 for
this exemption. |

| Whilst every effort will
be made to install your website as 'high up' as possible on the results page
of a search engine (such as Google), we cannot guarantee the ranking it will
receive due to their own regulations and the possibility of other websites
in the same business field/with the same trading name as yours. |
|

|
|
| All
websites will be assigned to a 'start-up
package' which is valid for one year. To
renew your website for a further period of
time, please state if you would like one,
two, or three additional years in order to
receive our quote. |

trading name and part of 'Tesorini Limited'. |
|
|
|
|
| All work will be carried out from the
'Tesorini' premises in Whitchurch, Hampshire. Should we need to travel to your site or to any other location
in order to carry out the tasks, we will charge 40p per mile up to a maximum
of £20 per visit. |
