• Payment is required on receipt of invoice

• All cheques should be made payable to "Tesorini Ltd"

• We offer Free Mainland UK Delivery & Packaging for all orders over £100, otherwise we will add 10% to your invoice to cover costs

• Due to the bespoke production of our stationery, refunds cannot be given

• Free-of-charge replacement products will only be supplied if there is an error which was our fault

• Any cancelled order will be chargeable at the full rate of all the completed work

• A cheque will be sent to you when your "Recommend a Friend" has paid their invoice in full

• Our call-back service applies to 01, 02 & 07 UK numbers only

• By booking stationery items, Gift List or Honeymoon Planning Services, you agree to the above "Terms & Conditions"
