Terms & Conditions
   

  • Payment is immediately required on receipt of invoice, if paying by any means other than PayPal.

 

  •  If you decide to dispense with our services before the job has been completed, all unfinished work will remain the property of Tesorini Ltd, we will charge you for the ownership of the figures or designs

 

  • Our preferred method of payment is BACS, however we will also accept cheques made payable to 'Tesorini Ltd' and payments by PayPal.

 

  • All prices quoted are subject to the current rate of VAT.

 

  • Any price increase will be notified on our website one full month in advance of the effect date. However we will endeavour to keep these to a minimum to continue to offer you the best value for money.

 

  • The website prices quoted are for a ".co.uk" address. If you desire another domain ending, we will advise you of the cost in advance.

 

  • The maximum size of any single 'web-page' will be equivalent to two A4 pages in succession. A single 'web-page' may contain your own text and photograph(s). We can assist with these at your request, this service will be chargeable at our standard hourly rate of £12, with a minimum charge of £4 (as per our web-site design rates).

 

 

  • Please note that not all "Special Effects" will function on certain mobile phone web-browsers.

 

  • All 'web-pages' will be produced as standard to include the company logo of the web design company (Contabilità) at the foot. Any clients not wishing to have these details on their 'web-pages' will respectfully be charged an 'opt-out' fee of £50 for this exemption.

 

  • The website editing charge will be a minimum of £4 (i.e. 20 minutes work).

 

  • Should fewer than 5 'web-pages' be required, a discount of 5% would be given per page reduction on the quoted rates for our standard 5 page packages.

 

  • The "start-up" cost of the domain name for your website is valid for one year. To renew your website for a further period of time, please state if you would like one, two, or three additional years in order to receive our quote. 

 

  • Whilst every effort will be made to install your website as 'high up' as possible on the results page of a search engine (such as Google), we cannot guarantee the ranking it will receive due to their own regulations and the possibility of other websites in the same business field/with the same trading name as yours.

 

  • A BACS payment or cheque will be sent to you when your "Recommend a Friend" has paid their invoice in full.

 

  • 'Contabilità' is the trading name and part of 'Tesorini Limited'.

 

  • If you decide to dispense with our services before the job has been completed, all unfinished work will remain the property of 'Tesorini Ltd'. We will charge you for the ownership of the designs and all work we have carried out on your behalf.

 

  • All work will be carried out from the "Tesorini Head Quarters" in Overton, Hampshire. Should we need to travel to your site or to any other location in order to carry out the tasks, we will charge 25p per mile up to a maximum of £10 per visit.

 

  • Please note that our 'Terms & Conditions' may be subject to change. It is strictly the responsibility of our customers to fully acquaint themselves with the details of these prior to placing their first order with 'Tesorini Ltd' and to repeat this process for all further orders / renewals thereafter.

 

  • By advertising with us or employing 'Tesorini Ltd' to design your website, you agree to the above 'Terms & Conditions'.
